An Indo-Nigerian-British coupling at its most glamorous, set against the grand expanse of Suryagarh Palace, Jaisalmer. An elegant start quickly gave way to something far more electric – The band, Rajasthan Roots taking over, breathtaking fireworks and just the right amount of chaos. The kind of wedding that naturally found its way onto Vogue Magazine, setting a new benchmark without ever trying to.
We are obsessed and so emotional. Thank you so much, from the bottom of both our hearts. You’ve really captured our relationship, our families/friends and the whole wedding so beautifully.

Bees hum against a Canadian sunset in British Columbia. Another success story courtesy of the internet – where wedding bells started ringing the moment Ritika didn’t disapprove of Murtaza’s tastefully short shorts. Loud Punjabi music mixed with banging hip-hop, funky Bollywood dance moves, endearing vows and teary eyed toasts. As if anyone needed any more convincing.
It is obviously beautiful and we love it – huge thanks to the entire team for all the amazing shooting (Hi, Su) and the artistic choices with the cuts and editing. We’ve watched it a few times now and every time we do, we pick up on something new that we love.

A story about Bumble sweethearts and a reminder that the online cupid does, in fact, exist. Two people who never really believed in marriage found themselves changing their minds the moment they met each other. A traditional telugu wedding, flanked by fun, honesty and easy laughter – set against the backdrop of N-Convention, Hyderabad, in what would become one of its final celebrations before it was demolished back in August 2024.
When we saw your message we were actually rushing to the Hanoi airport but were too excited so we sat down at a coffee shop there just to catch the first watch. I’ve watched the video so many times now, and I’m always smiling from start to end .. Everything else is just too perfecttt 🥺🥺

What was meant to be a perfectly planned destination wedding in Bahrain, quickly turned into something a little more unpredictable, as stormy winds rolled in, threatening to carry the mandap with them. But nothing really stood a chance. Not the weather, not the specially built swaying bridge, not even the chaos that came with it. The party went on – extravagant and relentless – exactly as it was always meant to.

A quiet showcase of empathy and acceptance between cultures, families, and everything that comes with bringing two worlds together. Pooja and church bells rung together, echoing through warm, welcoming homes and the timeless presence of St.Marks Cathedral, Bengaluru. And somewhere in the middle of it all — Kritika, laughing through her walk down the aisle, met by an adoring Cherian — effortless, sincere, and full of heart.
Chai’s singularity lies not in how perfectly they capture your wedding (and they did do that- every moment was captured beautifully), but how they distilled this amalgamation of spirit from who we were as individuals, as a couple and from both our families. Watching the film is seeing from the heart. A deep perception of emotions, honest moments and sincerity. It’s been 12 years and I still watch my wedding film regularly. I can’t think of a bigger compliment than that. Thank you Chai!

Vivek is a rockstar with the heart of a romantic. Our relationship with him goes back to our first ever documentary back in 2011, titled Jashn e aman, made for Doordarshan. Vivek went onto make music for few of the most memorable films from the telugu industry like Pellichoopulu, Sanmohanam and Ee Nagaraniki Em Ayindi, emerging highly acclaimed and credited with winning various filmfare and south indian industry awards.
What started as a fun experiment turned into a deep and lasting working relationship that has never felt transactional. The music we’ve created together comes from a place of understanding — of story, of silence, of emotion — and has quietly become a defining part of our films, and of who we are as a brand.
About Us
After 14 years of filming weddings, we’ve learned that people are most beautiful when they feel safe, not when they are being watched.
We are a team of discreet documentary wedding filmmakers based out of Goa, India. Started in 2012, we specialize in thoughtful wedding documentaries, produce our own music, and aim to create honest films that don’t depend on posed or choreographed moments. We intentionally accept only 10 films each year and recruit the best talent possible so that each story is told with care and skill.
Our hope is simple: when the cameras eventually disappear, what remains is a genuine, tender, and unforgettable moment — preserved exactly as you felt it.
